imageNot sure I can find the right words to describe how yummy this cake is.  It’s been one of my favorites for years and I thought it was only fair to share it with all of you.

Not only is it super easy to make (simply dump and bake), but its loaded with protein which helps to maintain muscle mass.

Protein Monkey Bread- ???

Simply combine all of the following ingredients except the chocolate chips in a bowl. 

1 mashed banana
1/4 cup almond flour
2 egg whites
1 1/2 scoops of Vanilla or Cinnamon protein powder
2 tablespoons of chocolate chips (I used chunks because…well MORE chocolate! )
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp butter extract
1/4 cup sugar free syrup

After mixing all of the ingredients, fold in chips.
Bake 350 for 22 minutes.
Makes 4 servings ? try not to eat all at once!
