YOU CAN HAVE YOUR CAKE AND EAT IT TOO!

 

Protein Confetti Cake – quick and easy and HEALTHY! Packed with protein and virtually NO fat. ???

In a bowl mix:

  1. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used @Questnutrition)
  2. 1 TBS coconut flour
  3. 1 egg white
  4. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  5. 1 tsp baking powder
  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  7. Sprinkles

Place in a small sprayed ramekin and bake for 15 minutes.

Icing:

  1. 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  2. 1 TBS sugar free jello white pudding mix
  3. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk.

Top with more sprinkles! YOU CAN HAVE YOUR CAKE AND EAT IT TOO!
