5 oz sweet potato
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup egg whites
1 tsp psyllium husk (great for added fiber)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Mix it all up and throw on griddle! You won’t be disappointed!
