One on One Plan
A One on One Plan provides a more hands on approach and access to me throughout your journey. A nutrition plan and workout plan are designed specifically for YOUR goals and YOUR body. I am fully hands on with you and guide you every step of the way during your fitness journey. I take on the role as your Life Coach.
With this plan you receive:
•a training program tailored to your schedule and preference on where and when you work out
•a flexible dieting plan based on macros and customized for your body (NO food is off limits!)
•review of your food diary tracked via an app
•suggestions made based on weekly weigh-ins and monthly progress pictures
•food suggestions, grocery lists and ideas for meals
•unlimited texts and emails for comments, questions and guidance 24/7
•access to a private Facebook community page that provides motivation, support and a place to ask questions to me and hundreds of others working on their goals just like you

Once plan is purchased you will receive an email with a questionnaire to be filled out in order to for me to write up your customized plan.
