All you need are dumbbells, a stability ball and a bench or ottoman.  This exercise program works in 3 Phases comprised of 4 week progressional programs that includes the exercises, sets, and reps. Cardio suggestions, timing and types are also outlined in this program.  Instructions and tips included in the workout.
