Combo Home/Gym Workout
Love to get to the gym but sometimes can’t make it? This 5 week training program is just for you! Designed for you to workout 3 days at home and 3 workout days in the gym. For the workout at home all you need are dumbbells, a stability ball and a bench or ottoman. This workout is for those who want to burn a bit more calories while incorporating lifting weights to build muscle. The goal in this program is to get your heart rate elevated for a bit more of an extended period of time, hence burning more calories. You will be building muscle from lifting weights in the comfort of your own home when you can’t get to the gym. No excuses! Instructions and tips included in the workout.
