Hard Core Advanced Gym Edition
The HARD CORE – ADVANCED program is for those who have experience lifting in the gym. It is a great program for those who are looking to break through a plateau. The program includes a 4 week training split of 5 days a week in the gym. Burn major calories, keep your heart rate high while your strength and muscles are increased. Each workout is about 60 minutes. Instructions and tips are included in the program.
