Banana Cake Made the EASY and of course… HEALTHY way!

In a bowl combine 1 medium banana, 1/2 cup oats, 2 egg whites,  1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1 TBS stevia (or any sweeter you like), and 1/2 tsp baking powder.
***For extra protein sub 1/4 cup oats with 1/2 scoop protein powder

Place in single serve bread loaf pan

Put in oven on 350 for 20 minutes and ENJOY!

Icing is 1 scoop protein powder mixed in with greek yogurt and/or cream cheese and 1/2 tsp vanilla.
